✅ Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• To initiate a return, email us at namaste@indiekorner.com with your order number and reason.

• Make sure to mention Return in the subject line for a faster resolution.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Skincare and beauty products once opened.

• Items on clearance or marked “final sale.”

• Gift cards or digital downloads.

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the refund status.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🔁 Exchanges

• Exchanges are only offered if a product is already defective or damaged, when received.

• Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, with sufficient evidence (photos, videos etc.) ready to share.
